At T. Weatherhead & Co., every piece of handcrafted furniture and artisan home décor is created with intention. We believe that shipping should be as thoughtful as the craftsmanship itself, ensuring your order arrives with care, wherever you call home.

Processing Times

Each order reflects small-batch craftsmanship, and a short preparation period ensures it leaves our workshop in perfect condition:

  • In-stock pieces: ship within 5–7 business days.

  • Made-to-order pieces: ship within 14–21 business days (confirmed at checkout).
    Expedited shipping options are available on request.

Within Canada

  • Complimentary ground shipping is available for most Canadian orders.

  • Shipments are entrusted to Canada Post (Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel) or occasionally UPS for the most reliable service.

  • Tracking details are provided by email so you can follow your order’s journey.

United States

For our American clients, we ship via UPS, ensuring dependable service across the border. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that import taxes, duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees are set by U.S. customs and remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

International Orders

  • International deliveries are typically shipped with Canada Post, which partners with your local postal service for final delivery.

  • Should you prefer a different courier, we are pleased to provide a tailored shipping quote.

  • Import taxes, duties, and customs fees vary by country and remain the purchaser’s responsibility.

  • If your destination country does not appear at checkout, please contact us directly for assistance.

Delays & Responsibility

While we make every effort to ensure prompt arrival, circumstances such as customs processing, weather, or courier delays are outside our control. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, T. Weatherhead & Co. cannot assume responsibility.

T. Weatherhead & Co. uses Stripe to process online payments. Online payments are accepted in Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

We use Square to process in person debit and credit card payment.
