Domestic Delivery

T. Weatherhead & Co. is pleased to offer our customers free ground shipping within Canada for most products.

Orders for in stock items will be dispatched in 5 – 7 business days. 

Many of our items made to order. They will take14 – 21 days to ship. We will confirm this time at the time of order.

We use Canada Post Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel for shipping. For some items we may use UPS or another courier services. Shipping time depends on Canada Post or the courier chosen.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number so you can follow you purchase after it is shipped.

If you need to receive your order quickly, we will do everything we can to make it happen. Please Contact Us and we can provide the shipping cost that will meet your needs.

International Delivery Options

Orders shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destinations country. T. Weatherhead & Co. has no control over these charges and is not responsible for the payment or reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

Payments

T. Weatherhead & Co. uses Stripe to process online payments. Online payments are accepted in Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

We use Square to process in person debit and credit card payment.
